How to become a wholesale customer2019-10-23T19:17:16+01:00

Create a Wholesale account

  • You will need to create an account – Create Account
  • Once account has been created you will need to await your approvals email with your login details – Login
  • To receive wholesale pricing, you will need to meet the minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) which is at the top of the page once logged in.
  • First 3 orders placed that qualify for wholesale pricing will be on a pro forma basis. You can then apply for 7 day account.

Benefits of wholesale account

You will be able to purchase products from us at a discounted rate which is on a sliding scale. First order placed to meet our MOQ’s is minimum £100.00 and any subsequent orders at a minimum £50. If the MOQ’s are not met then the pricing will be the same as our retail pricing.

*Our standard table of rates is:–

upto 49 products in one order is 20% off retail price
50 to 99 products in one order is 30% off retail price
100 to 999 products in one order is 40% off retail price
1000+ products in one order is 45% off retail price

Please contact us to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns number.  You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.  Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are in an unused and saleable condition.  A full refund including original postage costs will be offered however the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If goods arrive, used, incomplete or damaged then a reduction may be made to the refund offered.

Although we take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we accept that some things are out of our control.  Please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of both the outer and inner packaging – this helps us greatly.

How soon will my parcel arrive2020-12-05T09:09:35+00:00

All orders received are despatched within 3 working days, as all candles are made to order.  Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

This time may increase due to busy times like at Christmas Time. We still aim to get your order out as soon as is possible

If I am not at home when parcel is delivered2019-10-23T17:33:28+01:00

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted and you fail to collect from your local depot your order may be returned to us.  Once received, a refund minus the cost of carriage will be issued. If you know that you will not be home then please provide an alternative address during checkout.
